Terms of Service

1. Acceptance Of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Summit Blast Exterior Cleaning website and your use of any exterior cleaning service performed at 2845 Wilderness Place, Suite 120, Boulder, CO. By requesting a quote, booking a wash, or using this site you agree to be bound by them.

2. Quotes & Service Terms
Quotes are flat-rate, based on the surfaces and square footage described or photographed, and are valid for 30 days. If conditions on site differ materially from what was quoted, we will tell you and re-quote before any work begins.
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. You confirm you own the property or are authorized to have the work performed on it.
3. Rescheduling, Weather & Refunds
Reschedule or cancel a booked wash up to 24 hours before the appointment at no charge by contacting hello@summitblastco.com. Bookings cancelled inside that window may be charged a trip fee.
Freezing temperatures, high wind, and storms can force us to move a job; we will reschedule to the next available slot at no cost. If you are not satisfied with a cleaned surface, tell us within 7 days and we will return to correct it.
4. Property Condition & Liability
Pressure and soft washing involve water at volume. You agree to disclose known issues — failing seals, loose siding, damaged trim, leaking windows, unsealed penetrations — before work begins, and to close windows and move vehicles and loose items from the work area.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Summit Blast Exterior Cleaning, its owners, and crew from liability for damage arising out of pre-existing defects or undisclosed conditions, except where caused by our gross negligence. We are licensed and insured for the work we perform.
5. Site Access
We need an accessible outdoor water spigot in working order, unlocked gates, and pets kept indoors during the visit. We reserve the right to stop work where the site is unsafe for our crew.
6. SMS & Marketing Consent
By providing your phone number you consent to receive transactional and marketing messages from Summit Blast Exterior Cleaning. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
7. Changes To These Terms

We collect information you give us directly: name, email address, phone number, property address, billing details, photos of the surfaces you want cleaned, and any message you send through our forms.
We also collect limited technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL — through analytics and standard server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
To quote and deliver your cleaning, process payments, plan the right method for each surface, respond to inquiries, send service updates, and — where you have consented — send marketing about seasonal offers.
3. Sharing & Third Parties
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: payment processors, job management and scheduling software, email and SMS providers, and analytics tools. Each is bound to use it only on our behalf.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This site uses cookies and analytics tools to understand traffic and improve the experience. You can block cookies in your browser settings and enable a do-not-track signal; core booking functionality may be limited if you do.
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain customer records for as long as you are an active customer and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and liability obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Our services are quoted and booked by property owners and authorized adults.
