Summit Blast started in 2018 with one truck, one hose reel, and a belief that method beats horsepower every time. What began as weekend driveway jobs around Boulder, CO grew into a licensed and insured exterior cleaning company serving hundreds of homeowners — plus storefronts, HOAs, and property managers — all under the same standard. We still soft wash anything delicate, still quote flat before we start, and still leave the site cleaner than we found it.

Not the way we do it. Siding, roofs and painted wood get a soft wash — low pressure plus the right cleaning solution — so nothing is forced behind the boards or under the shingles. High pressure is reserved for concrete, where it belongs. If a surface is fragile, we tell you before we start.
Most single-family homes are a half day, roughly three to five hours including setup, plant protection and final rinse. A full exterior package with driveway, deck and roof usually runs a full day. We give you a time window when we book, not a vague morning-or-afternoon.
Yes — fully licensed and carrying general liability insurance, and we're happy to send the certificate before the job. Every technician on the truck is an employee, not a day-hire, so the same standards apply on the first visit and the fifth.
No. As long as we can reach the spigot and the gates are unlocked, you don't have to be there. We text before we arrive, send photos when we finish, and take payment after you've had a chance to look at the work.
By square footage and surface type, not by the hour. We measure from your photos or a quick walkthrough, price each surface, and send one flat number. That price is what you pay — no add-ons discovered halfway through the job and no charge for the water we use.
Just an outdoor spigot in working order — our rigs are self-powered and carry their own tanks and hoses. If your spigot is slow or shut off for the season, let us know when you book and we'll bring extra water so the job still runs on schedule.

Most Boulder homes do well on a yearly house wash, with concrete every year or two depending on shade and tree cover. Roofs go longer — every three to five years unless algae streaks show up sooner. We'll tell you honestly if you don't need us yet.
